Unlike traditional dental insurance plans that involve high premiums and limited coverage, our membership plan offers no deductibles, no maximums, no qualifications, pre-existing conditions, pre-determinations, or any of the other red tape that can make dental insurance so confusing and annoying.

For Patients Age 15 +

Adult Membership

$31 Per Month ($372 Annually)

Professional Dental Cleanings 2x per year
Doctor Exams 2x per year
X-rays as needed
One Emergency Exam per year (if needed)
15% of other dental treatments*

For Patients Age 6-14 years old

Child Membership

Membership Terms

This is an in-office discount plan for Dental House VA, not dental insurance.
This plan cannot be combined with any other dental plan, discount, or promotion.
Enrollment fees must be paid in full prior to the first cleaning in order to receive discounts.
All cleanings must be used within one year or benefits will expire.
All treatment must be completed during the active membership period in order to receive discounts.
All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for unused benefits or for obtaining dental insurance after enrollment.
Calendar year plan, prorated after July 1st.**
Plans automatically renew January 1st unless written notice is provided at least 30 days prior.
Failure to keep scheduled appointments may result in cancellation fees. More than two missed appointments may result in removal from the plan without refund.
